Dress, Shady Katy Mini Dress

You really can't get a more flattering look than Shady Katy! She's a dress, she's a corselet! With a long skirt she becomes a lovely bustle era evening gown. Now in bold black and white stripe long wearing cotton with panne velvet draped mini skirt attached. Top is fully boned and lined in heavy duty denim. Two layers of contrasting color gathered lace along the bust line and 2" fringe along the hip line. Other trims include ruffled satin ribbon, and "guimpe" braid.
